You need four people on each the team or more.You need to touch the wall ,when the teacher says play.Quickly,run to a ball.But the balls have to soft or it may hurt.

Then you have to throw a ball to the team.When you get all of the players then you win.sometimes there is a final.

You can play it on a area that is plain you could play it on a field , garden,barn and hall.

Miles For Smiles Day In school today, we were   taking part in the miles for smiles day. Today we had to run 1 mile(5 laps of the field)   which was very beneficial for disabled people but was very hard for us L . It was worth it though. I started off running and ended   up walking because I got out of breath. oN the fifth lap, I tried to run but all I ended up with was a stitch. The miles for smiles charity is for disabled people who cant get to an appointment   EARLY ENOUGH BECAUSE OF THEIR DISABILITY. SO YOU DONATE £5 TO HELP THEM.
